This blueberry and avocado smoothie is sweet, creamy and delicious as well as packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber, healthy fats and antioxidants. I love using avocado to lend a rich creaminess to smoothies and to add healthy fats, and this blueberry and avocado smoothie is a delicious example of how great avocados are in smoothies! DID YOU KNOW THAT: 1/2 teaspoon probiotic powder to all smoothies to replenish healthy bacteria reserves for immunity, digestion, detoxification and to balance the acid effects of high sugar fruit and other sweeteners. If you have capsules, break the shell and release the powder.

  1. 1 tazza (240 ml) di succo d’arancia appena spremuto 

  2. 1/2 tazza (120 ml) di acqua filtrata

  3. 1 avocado medio, sbucciato e snocciolato

  4. 1 tazza (160 g) di mirtilli freschi

  5. 1/4 tazza (60 g) di yogurt vegano semplice o aromatizzato alla vaniglia

  6. 160 g di mirtilli congelati

  7. 1/2 tazza (80 g) di lamponi congelati

  8. 15 foglie di menta fresca

  9. polvere di cocco q.b.


Pour everything into your blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Decorate with coconut powder and a few mint leaves
